It’s not uncommon for our people to begin as apprentices at Culver and work their way up through the ranks to become draftsmen, safety managers, glaziers, estimators, or superintendents. Many of our people spend their entire careers with Culver. Why? Quite simply, our employees are our family and we make sure they’re happy and successful.
